Sale of Movie Tickets

  1. 1. Purchase of Tickets: When you purchase Cinepax Cinemas tickets online, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the cinema and ticketing platform. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and payment information.
  1. 2. Payment: Payment for online cinema tickets can be made by credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. All prices listed include any applicable taxes. A fee of PKR25 will be charged for all online bookings & purchases.
  1. 3. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations of online cinema tickets are subject to the cinema's policy. You should check the policy before making your purchase. Online tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable & non-transferable.

  2. 4. Ticket Delivery: Online cinema tickets may be delivered via email or mobile app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have received your tickets and that they are correct before attending the cinema.
  1. 5. Ticket Use: Online cinema tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred. The Cinepax Cinemas reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who presents a ticket that has been resold or transferred.
  1. 6. Latecomers: The Cinepax Cinemas may refuse admission to latecomers or refuse to seat latecomers in their assigned seats.
  1. 7. Age Restrictions: The cinema may enforce age restrictions for certain films. You are responsible for checking the age restrictions before purchasing your tickets. Children 3 or older are required to have their own seat, a ticketed adult fare. Children under 5 can't be seated alone under any circumstances.
  1. 8. Code of Conduct: You are expected to comply with Cinepax Cinemas’ code of conduct, which may include restrictions on outside food, photography, recording, smoking, and disruptive behavior.
  1. 9. Liability: The Cinepax Cinemas and ticketing platform are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during your attendance at the cinema, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  1. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Cinepax Cinemas and ticketing platform reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Cinepax Cinemas Patrons are advised to check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
  1. 11. What if I did not receive my booking ID:If you did not receive your booking ID, please contact our social media accounts atleast 12 hours before the showtime, or visit our location at least 1 hour prior to the show. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue. Post show queries will not be entertained neither refunded.
  1. 12.Can I get a refund if I miss the show: No, we do not accommodate refunds for missed shows. To avoid this situation, please ensure that you arrive at the venue on time and have your booking ID handy.
  1. 13. In the event that you need to cancel or change the date of your booking, it's important to note that once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled. The only circumstances under which rescheduling may be possible are if Cinepax Cinemas cancels a show or if there are serious unforeseen circumstances.
