We enter the alien world through the eyes of Jake Sully, a former Marine confined to a wheelchair. But despite his broken body, Jake is still a warrior at heart. He is recruited to travel light years to the human outpost on Pandora, where corporations are mining a rare mineral that is the key to solving Earth's energy crisis. Because the atmosphere of Pandora is toxic, they have created the Avatar Program, in which human "drivers" have their consciousness linked to an avatar, a remotely-controlled biological body that can survive in the lethal air. These avatars are genetically engineered hybrids of human DNA mixed with DNA from the natives of Pandora... the Na'vi.
Reborn in his avatar form, Jake can walk again. He is given a mission to infiltrate the Na'vi, who have become a major obstacle to mining the precious ore. But a beautiful Na'vi female, Neytiri, saves Jake's life, and this changes everything. Jake is taken in by her clan, and learns to become one of them, which involves many tests and adventures. As Jake's relationship with his reluctant teacher Neytiri deepens, he learns to respect the Na'vi way and finally takes his place among them. Soon he will face the ultimate test as he leads them in an epic battle that will decide nothing less than the fate of an entire world.

I have just downloaded its trailer. Seems Amazing man, cant wait to watch this masterpiece. Story seems good and also Avatar ideology.
Is this has something to do with avatar cartoon series which came in 3 chapters….
does anyone know if cinepax would have the three dimensional version, or the cut down two dimensional version of avatar. because if they’re planning to show us the two dimensional version, then no one is going to realize what’s all the fuss about avatar.

i dont know if watching 3D in cinepax wud make any diff….cuz u need to have the appropriate tech and tools to show it in 3D….and I definitely know its not going to be released on 31st..

There ain’t any 3D cinema in RWP. I guess we have to watch this in 2D. I dont really know what the fuss is about avatar being played in 3D, but i might like it in 2D as well… hoping to watch an epic movie after a quite a while…

Faisal 2D means 2 dimensional: So a normal thing that you watch on television is two dimensional or on two axis, the X axis and the Y axis.When you are at a place live or interacting with somebody in person that interaction is 3 dimensional. X axis, Y axis and Z axis. So if the movie is 3Dimensional, it would give you the experience as you are actually there and watching all of it. For a better demonstration go to Motion Ride next to Cinepax have a ride, you’d know what I mean. Hope that helps and please don’t go and watch New Moon. It is a crappy movie and not for guys.

For everyone’s info there are no 3D cinemas in Pakistan….and also only a few in the world….and for you Salman….3D and 2D are very different. when watching a movie in 3D you need special glasses that make you feel as if you are inside the movie and everything is happening around you…..if you take off those glasses you would only see a blurred screen…..i happened to watch BEOWULF(2007) and it was definitely a different experience. and it would have been an experience to watch Avatar in 3D. Also the movie need to be released in a 3D version also sometimes known as IMAX3D version.

WOW. Astonishing and wowed movie. A masterpiece by Cameron once again. He really is a great director indeed. What a wonderful survival Epic Avatar is, that one would easily wants to watch it again n again. Unbelievable visuals and they created a virtual but yet real imaginary world.
No problems with the story as well. All the characters of the movie were right on money and they acted and created the scenario in a exemplary way.
A battle between good and bad, science and nature. Scientists tried their level best to deprived the peaceful creature from enjoying their world and blessings of God in the form of spiritual trees, beautiful birds and responding animals, and also the Aliens type living beings themselves.
I m waiting for its original DVD to be released.

it is my first experince to wath this movi with my best friend. i relly enjoy the movi with jolly jestures of my frind. we both like the imagination created on screen by director. i also enjoy its love story and struggle against enemies. A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MY FRIND AAMIR.

i think cinepax should release this movie in 3D theater. it will help more in future with animation movies
