@ Soul Reeper : thing is we bring all the english films which are available in pakistan, and all the films you mentioned above may not be releasing in pakistan cos there are lots of indian films coming in these days so there is no room for good hollywood releases in pakistan. that is why these films are not coming to pakistani cinemas.
but hopefully you will be able to see “Twlight: New Moon”
We might not show it in the cinema screens, but we will organize a event where all MJ lovers can watch this movie at cinepax, and surely that will be happening in Nov.

Yes you are right in saying, but there is a company called “Boxoffice”, which brings there films to Pakistan. you can check there website for contact details.

@ Riaz: yes there are lots of Hollywood movies coming these days for indian movie fans, and yes we are starting membership program for all, and it will be starting in couple of weeks inshallah. will update you all about that once its ready to launch.
@ sumair: Advance preview means, we will be showing movie in advance instead of its orignal release date.
@ Hina: we will try and put new moon at cinepax, we are waiting for confirmation from distribution company who is bringing new moon n pakistan.
will update on web as soon as we get confirmation from them.
@ Faisal: “Blue” will not be relesing in pakistan, as govt did not give permission for the release of the film.
@ Taha: i am myself a huge fan of hollywood movies, but problem is “Cinepax” is a exhibition company, and will be showing films which are available to show in pakistani market, these days there are no english films available cos there are lots of indian movies coming in, and company who brings eng movies can not get screens to show their films, and for a single cinema moives can not be imported technically. i know its all too complicated, but you can take my word “i am trying my best to get something in, as soon anybody from pakistan lock there deal on any Hollywood film, it will be on our coming soon list with the release dates for you guys.

liar, its not cz of distributors, its cz of the tax that gov has put on hollywood movies only and thats something u cant handle..atleast speak the truth..
Its sad to see that many of the movies such as Prince of Persia, Robin Hood and Iron Man 2 etc have been on the coming soon list for a long while. Now these movies are getting old and good screener DVD’s will soon be available in which case many will go for those. What is the point of putting a movie as coming soon when its been like that for a while. Instead you put on a movie like ‘ Legion ‘ which has had mediocre success internationally and is pretty old (released in Jan).
Whats happening to Cinepax!
Its really disappointing that you people haven’t put on a good Western film for quite some time now. I have been to Cinepax 10-15 times. But if the current trend continues I don’t think I will be returning.
Why have Iron Man 2 and prince of persia been removed from the coming soon list? i mean come on man! i have waiting for those two for ages! and who watches stupid football!!!!

it will play most probably after 12:15. timings are not confirmed yet, but it will surely play after 12:15 in the afternoon
